At Cruise Crazy we stand behind our products. If you are ever unsatisfied with something you have ordered, just email us at support@cruisecrazystore.com within 30 days of receipt of the product and we will work with you to solve the issue.

If an item arrived with damage or is substantially different from the product description, we may require a photograph of the product showing the damage or the difference in the product received vs. product ordered before replacing or refunding.

If there is a sizing issue with shoes, we will process a free exchange, but generally not a refund. Customer will be required to provide certain information including, but not limited to the reason the shoe did not fit and the correct size, before such an exchange is processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note, if applicable, you may be responsible for return shipping. In cases where return shipment is required, you will be instructed by email where to return the item.

Note all seasonal item sales are final except in the case of damage or difference in the product received vs. product ordered.
