How long will it take for my item to get delivered?

Delivery times for items you order may vary. Some products can be expected within 7 to 14 business days. Others might take as long as 12 - 22 business days. Estimated production and shipping time will be noted in each product description. Shipping times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please read all descriptions carefully to be sure the delivery window is acceptable. If you do not receive your order by the date it is expected, you can contact us at support@cruisecrazystore.com with your order date and order number.

I see multiple charges on my card, how do I get one removed?

In the rare event that a card receives a double charge for an item please contact support and they will issue a refund for it immediately. Support is best reached at support@cruisecrazystore.com

We accidentally ordered the wrong size and/or messed up my shipping address, how can we change it?

If the item hasn't been made yet, we might be able to change a size for you. If it's already on the way to you, then it's a bit tougher because it's already been made. Please contact support@cruisecrazystore.com as soon as you notice the error and they will do what they can to get the size or address changed for you. Most people notice it right after they order and in those cases we can get it switched pretty easily. Send us an email and we'll let you know what we can do.

The mug I received was broken, how can I get a new one?

Unfortunately, from time to time, mugs do get broken in transit. They are ceramic and if someone doesn't take good care of the package it can be broken. We have no problem sending you out one as a replacement if this happens. Please just send us a photo with the broken mug and your order details to support@cruisecrazystore.com and we'll get you a new one out!

I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one?

Depending on what you ordered, items may be coming to you from different locations and you might be receiving them in different packages.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been placed and processed, you can expect an email with details.

How secure is my personal information?

Cruise Crazy adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to the United States. We also do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Can I cancel my order?

Should you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours.

To cancel an order, please contact support at support@cruisecrazystore.com. One of our representatives will be happy to assist with the cancellation and the refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. It typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to process back into your account. If your order has already started the production process or already been shipped, you must follow our Refunds & Returns policy in order to receive a refund.

Can I exchange my item?

We do accept exchanges within 30 days of your receipt of the product. We only ask that these items are not worn or washed and that they are in the original package or box. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be accepted. To make an exchange, please contact us at support@cruisecrazystore.com and we will be happy to assist you!
